Return Policy

-Items may be returned, within 30 days of purchase, for an in-store credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

-Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

-Defective Items will be replaced. The defective item will need to be returned to Ponderosa Forge before the replacement item can be sent.

-Due to the handmade nature of our products, exact shape, size, color and texture cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping

-In-stock items usually ship within 1-3 days from time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email on the status of your order and estimated date of shipment.

-Shipping times are calculated from day of shipment, not day of purchase.

-Please inspect all items when you receive your order. If shipping damage is suspected, please retain all packaging material. Ponderosa Forge is not liable for shipping damage; we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping company. Original packaging material will be required for an inspection by the shipping company when a claim is filed.

Payment

-Ponderosa Forge accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for orders made via our online store.

-Ponderosa Forge accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Online ACH, Check and Cash for custom orders not processed through our online store.

-A transaction fee of 3% will be added to any custom order over $2,000 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
